The Waterbury Inn is nestled in the woods on Ephraim’s north business district. The Inn has an outdoor/indoor pool and spa, a large common area that features a fireplace and much more. All units at the Waterbury Inn are individually owned and must be part of the Rental Association. Owners Usage Policy:

Owners can stay whenever they choose. The only difference is what you pay: Either a cleaning fee based on your unit type or 50% of the rack rate.

Cleaning Fees:

One Bed Units:  $39.91    Two Bed Units: $51.31

June 15 – August 15 & every Friday, Saturday and Sunday in October

During this time, you can stay up to 7 days and only pay the cleaning fee based on your unit type with no housekeeping service during your stay.

The seven (7) days, if used consecutively, should not use portions of two consecutive weekends; meaning that a Friday, Saturday or Sunday may only be used once during a 7 day stay.

Any other days used during this time will be charged 50% of the daily rack rate which goes to the Rental service. You will receive housekeeping during this time, but will not pay any additional cleaning fees if the 50% rack rate was paid.

If you are looking to purchase a unit at the Waterbury Inn, you must be part of the Rental program. This is not a private condominium that you can live in.
