Housekeeping Procedures and Hours
During your stay, our housekeeping staff will not be entering your room. Your unit is fully sanitized prior to your arrival.
When the front desk is open (see seasonal posted hours at front desk), you may dial “0” from your room phone or stop by and see us to request specific items, which we will happily supply. For extended stays (more than 6 days) we will schedule periodic room cleaning and linen changing based on a mutually agreed schedule.
Replacement items available during front desk hours (8:00 am – 6:00 pm Daily)

- Toilet Paper

- Dishwasher Detergent
- Bar Soap
- Shampoo/Conditioner
- Hand Lotion
Should there be broken glass, plumbing or power issues, or some other accident requiring immediate assistance during your stay, please dial “0” and someone will be there to assist you as quickly as possible.
Trash/Recycling – Kitchen Towels – Bath Towels
Please let us know you’ll be placing items in the hallways so we can pick them up in a timely manner. We kindly ask that you do not to put items in the hallway overnight as we have no overnight staff.
Please use paper towels to clean up coffee or wine spills.
Please let us know what specific items you need replaced and we will do our best to get them to you as quickly as possible.
Swimming Pool Towels
Please do not take pool towels for use in your room – pool towels are strictly for guests using the pools. If you take pool towels back to your room after swimming, please return them immediately to our towel bins in the pool area so we can continue to supply our other guests with fresh-laundered towels.

We have supplied each room with a directory which will answer most of your questions concerning heating/cooling, hours, amenities, restaurant and activity suggestions, and everything you would want to know about your stay. Please refer to this guide and please call us if you have any questions.
