Rates, Payments & Policies:
What is your cancellation policy?
We understand that travel plans can change and we want to make the process as smooth as possible. A 50% deposit is charged at the time of booking. If you cancel 15 days or more before your arrival date, you will receive a refund minus a $25 cancellation fee per room. If you cancel between 14 and 3 days before arrival, your deposit will be refunded in the form of a gift certificate for a future stay. Cancellations made within 48 hours of arrival will result in a forfeiture of your deposit.
If you need to shorten your stay or check out early, the full reservation total will still apply.
Please note that rates and policies may vary during holidays, busy seasons, or for special requests. Group bookings of 10 rooms or more require a 30-day notice to cancel. We appreciate your understanding and look forward to welcoming you to Door County!
What are your terms and conditions?
Our room rates are based on double occupancy, which simply means two guests are included in the rate. Children 13 and under stay free and for anyone over 13, there’s a $12.00 per night charge per additional guest. We appreciate your understanding, as there are no exceptions to this policy.
All rates are subject to a resort fee, sales tax, county tax, and room tax(11%). A 50% deposit is required when you book and we accept all major credit cards for both deposits and final payments. Please note that final payment is due at check-in and we are not able to accept checks.
If you’re planning a single-night stay, we offer those Sunday through Thursday only, and payment in full will be required at the time of booking.
Why is there a resort fee?
We carefully read and evaluate every piece of feedback, whether it’s a comment card, TripAdvisor review, or an online travel agency review. Over the years, we have made significant facility upgrades directly based on your suggestions. These enhancements have required substantial financial investment and have increased our operating costs. By introducing a modest daily resort fee, we can continue making the improvements our guests value most, help manage rising expenses and still offer highly competitive room rates.
What's the minimum stay requirement?
We’re happy to offer single-night stays Sunday through Thursday, depending on availability.
During the summer months (June through August), we kindly ask for a 2-night minimum on weekends (Friday, Saturday, and Sunday).
For special weekends like Memorial Day, 4th of July, Labor Day, and Pumpkin Patch Festival, a 3-night minimum stay is required.
For Fall Festival weekend, a 2-night stay is the minimum.
Do you offer any discounts?
We offer discounts for seniors (55+), AAA, First Responders, and military. To receive the discount, you must book through our official website or book directly by phone. Discounts do not apply to third-party bookings and cannot be combined with other offers.
