Covid-19 Updates

Due to COVID-19, we have implemented changes to our housekeeping and property operation protocols, in accordance with the Centers for Disease Control, Door County Medical Center and Door County Public Health. Please observe and abide by these modifications, as we continue our commitment to your health and safety during this “new normal”.

Common Areas

We respectfully request that, while in common areas of our property, you wear a face mask or cloth covering.
We will be frequently sanitizing surfaces, door handles, and any other areas of concern in our common areas with medical grade disinfectant.
Our lobby area no longer offers a coffee station, magazines, books, games, puzzles or DVDs for rent during your stay since those items are difficult to clean and disinfect.

Housekeeping Procedures

Modified housekeeping services are still available from 9AM-4PM, however daily room cleanings will not be available during your stay. Your unit is fully sanitized prior to your arrival, and our staff will not enter it again until after you depart.

Replacement items available between 9AM-4PM: Dial “0”

Please dial “0” to let front desk know when items are placed in hallway. A member of housekeeping will come by with the requested items and pick up the discarded items.

Swimming Pool Procedures

Our indoor pool/hot tub is open.  COVID is not new, and we ask that if you are not in the water, you mask up in the pool room, even if vaccinated.  We will not limit the number of people in the area.  We trust you will make the best decisions for you and your family – but wear your masks when you’re out of the water.

Winter season pool hours are as follows:

OUTDOOR POOL: Closed for Season
INDOOR POOL & HOT TUB: 8:30am – 9:00pm Daily

Summer season pool hours are as follows:

OUTDOOR POOL: 9:30am – 9:00pm Daily
INDOOR POOL & HOT TUB: 8:30am – 10:00pm Daily
