Waterbury Inn Policies
The Waterbury Inn has a few policies to pay attention to while you’re enjoying your stay at our condominium suites:
Reservation Deposit Required
Your room charges, plus applicable taxes, are charged to your credit card (Visa, Mastercard, Discover, AMEX) and a 50% deposit is processed upon making your reservation. The remainder of your balance is due upon check-in and can only be paid by credit card or cash.
YOU ARE RESPONSIBLE FOR CHECKING THE DATES ON YOUR CONFIRMATION AND MAKING SURE IT IS CORRECT! Please take the time to review our cancellation policy.
Registration
You must let us know the total number of people in your room during registration for security purposes. This includes children and infants for fire code reasons.
Cancellations
If you cancel 15 days or more prior to your arrival date, we will refund your deposit…minus a $25.00 credit card processing fee. If you want to shorten your stay, you must notify us 15 days or more prior to your arrival date. If you shorten your stay 14 days or less prior to arrival, you are responsible for all your dates until we can re-rent them. If you cancel 3-14 days prior to your arrival date your deposit will go onto a Waterbury Inn gift card that does not expire for you to use on any future reservation. If you must cancel 48 hours or less prior to your arrival date, you forfeit your deposit.
Minimum Stay
Two or Three-night minimum stay on special event, select holidays, festivals, and weekends. Two-night minimum stay from June 7 – October 31.
Smoking
The Waterbury Inn is a smoke-free facility. Anyone who violates this policy will be charged a $250.00 cleaning fee. If this policy is broken again, the violator will be asked to leave, and no refunds will be given. Smoking is only permitted in our ONE (1) designated smoking area in the back of our property near the garage. Please ask front desk for this location as smoking is not permitted anywhere else on the property. All forms of Marijuana are still illegal in the state of Wisconsin. This includes medical use. We are legally obligated to report this. Please do not bring this on to our property or into the building.
Rates
We have Yield Managed rates. It pays to book early to secure your room at the base rate. Once we reach 80% occupancy the rate will go up automatically. Rates for the following calendar year are set in late fall each year. Please call us with questions.
Pets
With the exception of service animals, our resort is not equipped to welcome your pets, and we ask that you make other arrangements for them. Violation of this policy will result in a $250.00 extra cleaning fee and you will be asked to remove your pet immediately. Please note: Therapy animals are NOT service animals and are also not permitted.
Additional Persons
Suite rates are based upon double (2) occupancy for 1 Bed Units, and quadruple (4) occupancy for 2 Bed Units. Additional people are $12.00 extra per person, per night. It is against fire code to exceed the number of people allowed. So please register every person that is coming with you.
Children
Children thirteen (13) years of age and under stay free. We have a limited number of pack n plays.
Privacy Policy
We respect and are committed to protecting your privacy. We may collect personally identifiable information when you visit our site. We also automatically receive and record information on our server logs from your browser including your IP address, cookie information and the page(s) you visited. We will not sell your personally identifiable information to anyone.
Security Policy
Your payment and personal information is always safe. Our Secure Sockets Layer (SSL) software is the industry standard and among the best software available today for secure commerce transactions. It encrypts all of your personal information, including credit card number, name, and address, so that it cannot be read over the internet.
