Ron & Paula
The true stars of the Inn are Paula and Ron. Paula is our Assistant General Manager & Housekeeping Manager. She is a talented multitasker who greets every guest with a warm smile and genuine hospitality. Ron brings constant energy and humor, always busy and ready to lend a hand. Ron mainly does Maintenance & Housekeeping. Together, they help keep the Inn running seamlessly and create the welcoming feeling of home for our guests all year long.

Edith
Edith is the youngest General Manager in Waterbury Inn’s history. Originally from Chicago, she brings a fun, well-organized energy to the team while fostering a positive work environment. With a vision for progress and a passion for hospitality, she is focused on building an exciting future for the Inn. Edith loves spending time outdoors, exploring and enjoying the beautiful natural scenery of Wisconsin.

Rhonda
Rhonda has been a valued member of the front desk team since 2024. She is a kind and gentle soul who brings warmth to those around her, and she enjoys occasionally exploring new restaurants with her grandchild. Rhonda shares a special bond with Josie, Ron and Paula’s miniature pinscher, who only lets Rhonda hold her and happily sits on her lap throughout the day.

Krasi
Krasi is a part-time Front Desk team member who is always ready to step in when needed. Originally from Bulgaria, she has been visiting Door County for over 20 years. As a hardworking mother of two boys, she brings a welcoming, motherly spirit and is knowledgeable about the best places to visit in Door County. She enjoys exploring local events with Edith.

Andrew
Andrew is a true rockstar at the Inn and a huge asset to the team. Always willing to step in wherever needed, he has worked in all roles and continues to support multiple areas. Andrew is a strong team player who primarily assists with maintenance and housekeeping.

Dana
Dana is our year-round night housekeeper. She previously served as our Housekeeping Manager before stepping back to care for her daughter. Dana has been one of our top housekeepers for the past four years and plans to return to full-time work in fall 2026. She also has a great eye for detail and keeping the aesthetics of the rooms in shape.

Paul
Paul is part of our housekeeping team. He is very detail-oriented and is a fast learner. He is a dedicated year-round staff member. His passion is film and he occasionally takes beautiful videos and pictures of the inn.

Zixuan (j1 student)
Zixuan has been part of our team for the past two summers and will return again for Summer 2026. She is a bright and energetic team member from China whose goal is to become a compassionate, evidence-based pediatric Speech-Language Pathologist.

Nomin(j1 student)
Nomin comes from Mongolia and has been part of our team for the past two summers, returning for Summer 2026. Known for her calm personality and strong work ethic, she pursue a future career in international law focused on human rights or trade law.

Maria (j1 student)
Maria comes from the second-largest city in Bulgaria. She joined us midway through last summer and has since chosen to return and be hosted by Waterbury Inn. Maria has a bold and vibrant personality and enjoys trying all kinds of sweets and foods.

Byulen
(j1 student)
Byulen comes from Bulgaria and is close friends with Maria. Although she is new this year, she showed great initiative by arranging a personal interview with management to secure a position for Summer 2026. Byulen is friendly, outgoing, and aspires to become a fashion designer one day.
