Greetings friends of the Waterbury Inn!

The snow is finally starting to melt and the daffodil bulbs are sending up green shoots! Spring is right around the corner! The change in weather also brings changes at the Waterbury Inn, exciting changes. Some of you may have noticed difficulty in booking dates to stay with us in April. Starting April 8th, the Waterbury Inn will be closed for improvements, opening up again May 1st for guest stays.

What improvements you may ask? We have already replaced the sofas and chairs, updated the rooms with faux bois window blinds, and new dining and living room hard furniture last year. What more can we do to enhance our guest experience? Sate-of-the-art air systems in each room! That’s right! Gone are the (very) noisy and inconsistent wall units. They just weren’t cutting it anymore, and with climate change effecting Door County, we needed an alternative that would fulfill our guests needs.

With the touch of a remote (which also has a thermostat in it) guests can adjust the temperature in their unit, and the whisper quiet air system will respond! No more iced up a/c units or loud motor kicking on in the middle of the night! The built in climate control reduces air born allergens as well!

The staff at the Waterbury Inn are extremely excited to bring these improvements to our guest experience! We thank you for your patience while we work on these super-cool air systems April 8th- 30th! The front desk will be open for advance bookings, and always online at www.waterburyinn.com. Book your spring and summer stay with us today!
