The Waterbury Inn has a few policies to pay attention to while you're enjoying your stay at our condominium suites:
Check-in/Check-out: Check-in time is between 3 - 6:00pm. If you are delayed and cannot arrive by 6 pm, please call us at (800) 720-1624 to confirm your arrival. Late check-ins (6 - 9pm) can be arranged in advance.
Reservations: Your room charges, plus applicable taxes, are charged to your credit card (Visa, Mastercard, Discover, AMEX) 50% deposit upon reservation and the remainder of your balance upon check-in.
Cancellations: If you cancel 14 days prior to your reservation it is a $15.00 processing fee. If you cancel after the 14 days your refund is only applied if we are able to re-rent the room.
Minimum Stay: Three-night minimum stay on special event, select holidays, festival and harvest weekends.
Smoking: The Waterbury Inn is a smoke-free facility. Anyone who violates this policy will be charged a $150.00 cleaning fee. If this policy is broken again, the violator will be asked to leave and no refunds will be given.
Rates: Subject to change
Pets: We're sorry, but our resort is not equipped to welcome your pets, and we ask that you make other arrangements for them.
Additional Persons: Suite rates are based upon double occupancy. Additional people are $12.00 extra per person, per night.
Children: Children thirteen (13) years of age and under stay free. We have crib and high chair rental available.
Privacy Policy: We respect and are committed to protecting your privacy. We may collect personally identifiable information when you visit our site. We also automatically receive and record information on our server logs from your browser including your IP address, cookie information and the page(s) you visited. We will not sell your personally identifiable information to anyone.
Security Policy: Your payment and personal information is always safe. Our Secure Sockets Layer (SSL) software is the industry standard and among the best software available today for secure commerce transactions. It encrypts all of your personal information, including credit card number, name, and address, so that it cannot be read over the internet.
